Binance has made it possible for people in Kenya to buy and sell cryptocurrency on the exchange using the digital currency exchange.
People in Kenya can now join millions of traders who use Binance to trade cryptocurrencies. The exchange is one of the biggest in the world, and its addition of African fiat pairs helps integrate the continent even further.
With this addition, users in Kenya can buy Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance (BNB), Ripple (XRP), Binance USD (BUSD) and Tether USD (USDT).
Purchase can be made via a credit card, which requires you to have a verified account on Binance. Users can’t purchase bitcoin less than 1,600 Kenyan Shillings, about $15 at the time of writing.
Kenya joins Nigeria and South Africa as African countries with direct fiat support on Binance.
